As the Program Manager, Learning & Development—Conferences, plays a crucial role in shaping the educational architecture of our conferences. This individual is responsible for the innovative design and strategic delivery of content that engages and educates professionals across the globe.
How You Will Contribute
- Lead the design and development of conference content, ensuring it is both informative and engaging. Oversee the integration of the latest educational methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Engage with executive leadership, internal and external stakeholders to identify industry trends and educational needs, translating these into strategically designed content that drives value and attendance.
- Manage the full spectrum of activities related to subject matter expert engagement, from scouting and recruiting to proposal review and selection, ensuring content quality and relevance.
- Work closely with the event operations team to flawlessly execute designed content across in-person, virtual, and hybrid platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that effectively communicate the designed content's value and uniqueness.
- Handle financial aspects including budget creation, billing reconciliation, and payment processing, ensuring profitability and accurate reporting to leadership.
- Proactively propose and develop new event ideas, crafting detailed business cases to expand and enhance the L&D portfolio with innovative content designs.
- Ensure expertise in various learning modalities and technological platforms to deliver an outstanding member experience across all content delivery methods.
- Adhere to and promote °®Âþµº International’s Mission and Values, continuously striving to pioneer in the design and delivery of professional development content.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Five plus (5+) years in a role focused on educational content design, development, and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel up to 30% annually, including international travel
- Exceptional design thinking skills, strong project management capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree
- Fluency in additional languages

As the Public Relations Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of public relations and media outreach and engagement to increase °®Âþµº's market visibility and reputation globally and regionally. The position serves as the primary media liaison to promote the °®Âþµº brand and advocate the value of business education and °®Âþµº accreditation to the public including learners, educators, and employers.
How you will Contribute
- Planning: Develops and executes public relations integrated plans and strategies to support °®Âþµº's Advocacy and Awareness and organization-wide strategic goals
- Public Relations Campaigns: Creates brand awareness campaigns through press announcements, promotion of featured articles, media events, speaking opportunities, coordinated social campaigns with digital media manager, ensuring all communications are brand-aligned and support °®Âþµº's key messaging and voice in the market.
- Public Relations Events: Oversees proactive media events across the Americas, EMEA, and AP regions, targeting countries as defined by °®Âþµº outreach teams. Develop events to garner visibility and awareness through media engagement.
- Media Relations: Serves as the primary media relations contact and spokesperson advisor, developing key messaging and providing background details and data insights.
- Spokesperson Preparation: Collaborates with internal colleagues to secure data and relevant information to develop talking points for °®Âþµº-approved spokespersons.
- Advocacy Partner Support: Support theDevelopment of strategic advocacy partnerships and content-sharing agreements with key industry organizations and influencers aligned with °®Âþµº advocacy initiatives.
- Media Monitoring and Tracking: Monitors public opinion through media scans, social listening, and market research of emerging trends and topics in business education globally and regionally. Informs Advocacy colleagues and Executive leadership team of media trends. Develops and monitors key metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of °®Âþµº public relations, messaging, and thought leadership content to inform and shape future strategy.
- Crisis Communications: Collaborates with the Leadership Team on the planning and response to issues or crises as necessary to maintain, protect, and enhance °®Âþµº's brand reputation.
- Agency Management: Effectively motivates and oversees external agencies or other individual/specialized consultants to achieve communications goals and maximize investment
- Budget Management: Monitors and manages budgets related to global public relations activities. Contributes to the overall departmental strategic planning and annual budgeting process.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
